Tänään pientä edistystä navan kanssa, pinnoille reijät poraillaan huomenna SolidWorksillä tehtyjen sabluunojen avulla.
Navan laakereiksi tulee 6002 laakerit 32mm/15mm/9mm mitoilla. Akselista sorvataan 10mm droppiin sopiva, messingistä mutterit ? :o

Tämmösen jöötin sisällä on tuleva napa piilossa.

Semmonen tiimalasi oli kaiken sen kahden lastukilon alla.


Sorvissa hiottu 600 asti, veden kanssa sitten 1500 asti.


Vertailua tavallisen Shimanon etunavan kanssa.


Keulan työkaluun liimasin epoksilla siivut visakoivua, vaatii vielä viimeistelyn ja lakkauksen. Sattumalta sopiva avaaja, mitähän suunnittelijalla liikkui päässä ? :roll:



Huomenna poraillaan napaan reijät ja ehkä jyrsitään laippoihin jotain pientä koristetta, t-paloille laikkaa jos aikaa jää.

Kustom nexus3 on loppusuoralla, enää puuttuu pinnojen reijät ( 72kpl ), muutamat kierteet ja reijät laippojen kiinnitykseen ja ulkonäön viilaus pyöristysten yms. muodossa.

Napa kävi sorvissa pinnalaippojen pintojen tasauksessa, istuu paremmin uuteen kuoreensa.


Napa sai m4 kierteen joka kolmanteen reikään.


Ostin rautakaupasta 105mm messinkiakselia laippoja varten, sorvissa huomasin että kyseessä olikin pronssia. Tämä ei haittaa ollenkaan, tuleepahan pieni punertava sävy laippoihin.


Muutama sovittelukuva loppuun, ensiviikolla olisi tarkoitus päästä kasaamaan napa 8-)






Mukava hukkaprosentti laipoissa, 1.45kg painoa sorviin mennessä, jäljelle jäi 316g ilman pinnojen reikiä yms.

Tosiaan unohtunut, että eteen ja taakse tulee 72 pinnaa suoralla pinnauksella.
